About Us
In the Beginning:
The DataSol Group, Inc. was born over 15 years ago with the simple idea of mining the massive amounts of data the health care system naturally creates on a daily basis. The data was being used exclusively for conducting financial transactions between health plans, providers, and patients. There was a need for the use of the data to actually discover what was happening clinically and economically in the real world. With this simple need we began the process of creating the software solutions that could be used in the clinical, utilization, financial and management worlds of healthcare.
Evolution:
Prescription Drug Programs were our first entre into the health care analytical world since it had already established an electronic method of claim management. Based on our experience in the industry we created a set of analytical reports and tools targeted to pharmacy and medical directors at health plans and medical groups.
As our marketing efforts commenced it became apparent there was a need for our software and that pharmacy directors and medical directors had a slew of recommendations and requirements for additional analytics. Two things we learned early: healthcare organizations have different approaches to solving their issues and DataSol needed to be able to react to those different approaches. And react to the needs quickly. We now have the ability to integrate all aspects of the healthcare treatments to provide a total picture patient care.

Onward. As healthcare evolves we will
evolve. As government regulations and
reporting requirements increase we will be there to help
you. Probably the most important benefit
